Description

Inspiration sometimes comes from unexpected sources. In this case from a reocurring background landscape in a movie I watched. The muted colors, winter skies, and pines in the distance created the palette I was drawn into. I freeze-framed one of the scenes and took my inspiration from there creating a small series of four paintings.
